Coastal Coordination Hub is a family run NDIS Registered Support Coordination Service with a dedicated team across the Northern NSW, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast providing person centered supports that empower individuals with choice, control, and independence.

We work closely with our NDIS participants, their families, and support networks to understand their strengths, values, and aspirations taking the time to truly listen and understand, we can tailor support plans that are meaningful, relevant, and aligned with their goals.
